Donation Options

There are three options for making donations to PA Phi.

1. Charitable donations through Carnegie Mellon University
   a. Visit the CMU website page at: https://www.cmu.edu/engage/give/
   b. Use the drop-down menu to select “Ways to Make Your Gift”.
   c. Choose your payment method
   d. Search All Funds and select Sigma Alpha Epsilon

Donations go into a Chapter account, from which the actives can make withdrawals for approved types of purchases.  These have included furniture for the House, attendance at National Leadership School and training courses, rush events, House retreats, CPA assistance for tax filings and processing, scholarship dinners, etc.  Payments are not approved for alcohol-related items or events, fines or damages to the house, etc.

     2. Unrestricted Donations to PA Phi Alumni:

Donations of this type are not tax deductible.   These funds can be used by Alumni Advisors for alumni-active events, housing department fines, taxes, legal expenses, financial assistance to brothers in need, and other expenses not qualified by CMU as charitable.

     3.  Donate with a credit or debit card via PayPal or Venmo using the Donate button.
